Going beyond what is understood to be "electronic discovery," this presentation will discuss latent data attributes in digital evidence and explain how lawyers and investigators use them to establish their theories. The material presented will also cover the use of psycholinguistics, demonstrating how language analysis is relevant to establishing intent and indications of possible conspiratorial relationships. |
